New Lovelies in the Shop!

I’ve been working hard behind the scenes on new products to create for my Etsy shop, and I’m only getting started! For this next product launch, there are three new hard enamel pins and three washi tapes 10m x 15mm in size each.

With the launch of The Wayward Wind on the horizon, I wanted to keep the love of the Tales of Whimsy series alive with enamel pins you can adorn of your favorite characters. The first two up are Whimsy herself and her sweet roly poly pal, Rolland. These were so much fun to design, and I was even able to use the art for my new opening for all of my YouTube videos!

How cute is this!

What Does One Do with
an Enamel Pin?

Enamel Pins are collectible pins that can be used in many ways:

  • Collect them to decorate your favorite enamel pin boards.
  • Put them on your children’s backpacks to share their unique style/personality.
  • Pin them to your favorite top, sweatshirt, or denim jacket as a statement piece.
  • Put them on your side satchel or laptop bag
  • Fishing hats, gardening hats, or any type of cap can be decorated with a collection of pins to match your personal style.
  • Cork boards in your craft room or office look even more fun when there are decorative pins to pin your papers down with.
  • Lanyards for work or anime conventions always look better with pins!

These are just a few ideas for how you can use your enamel pin. The uses are endless but ultimately, they are a great way to share the art/characters you love with the world!

Let’s Talk Washi Tape…

Washi tape is another one of those things not everybody even knows about or knows how to make the best use of for that matter. So, let’s talk about how you can use this pretty tape…

  • Decorate your journal
  • Decorate your planner

  • Frame a picture in your scrapbook
  • Tape a picture to your wall without worrying about the tape taking off the paint. Washi tape is similar to painters tape. It is sticky but peels away really easily when you are done with it!
  • Use washi tape to hold down watercolor paper when you are ready to paint. It will peel of without taking off a layer of your paper with it.
  • Teacher’s can tape papers up to their walls/whiteboards.
  • Bring some washi tape along on your travels and tape in the mementos you collect inside your travel journal to keep them safe.
  • Seal an Envelope
  • The possibilities are endless!

No matter what your interests, I hope to accommodate a myriad of themes/interests to include and highlight in the Ink & Stitches Art Etsy Shop. Let me know in the comments what it is you are most excited to see in the shop?
