The ivy covered cottage is a location that Whimsy has to reach in WISHWEAVER. As such, this ivy border is seen not only in the scenes surrounding the cottage, it also frames the Table of Contents in the beginning of the book.

I’ve always loved the heart shape of the leaves of the ivy plant, and how homes look with the vines climbing along the outer walls (even though I’m sure the house would prefer them not do such things!).

From now until July 1st, if you purchase or checkout and read WISHWEAVER from the library, you can be entered in to win an enamel pin of your choice: Whimsy or Rolland. Added to that, you get 20% in the shop! All you have to do is leave a short review over on Amazon!

Everyone who enters will get a handwritten letter of thanks from me along with a signed book plate to put in your book and either a bookmark/sticker from the book as well!

While this Wishghan CAL posts will always be here for free on my blog, for convenience, I’ve also created one giant 70-page PDF file for those who would like to purchase a copy of all the files together in one place along with a photo tutorial of connecting the squares and doing the final border. No searching through posts necessary! Plus, it’s over there now, should you want to work ahead of the group rather than wait for each week’s new square. You can purchase this pattern for a small fee here in the store.

It can also be purchased over on Ravelry, Etsy, and LoveCrafts.

Make sure to post your finished squares/rectangles on social media:
