Mizu the Water Elemental Free Pattern Featured on The Hook Nook!
There’s a new ami joining the Tales of Whimsy collection!
Mizu (pronounced Me-zoo) is a new character that I’ve just added to the amigurumi collection for my book series, TALES OF WHIMSY. You’ll get to meet her in the second book of the series, THE WAYWARD WIND (coming out August 28, 2021 – preorder today!).
I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to share her free pattern over on The Hook Nook Life blog. If you’ve been watching my vlogs over on Ink & Stitches YouTube, you’ll know that I was creating this pattern special to release on Jessica Carey’s Hook Nook blog, but I wasn’t able to share what Mizu looks like until now.

I stopped by The Hook Nook yarn shop this past weekend as I’m lucky enough that it’s only about an hour away, and got to meet Jessica in person. I’ll have more to share in vlog #5 which I hope to have ready to release this coming weekend. In the meantime, here’s photo proof that we met.
