Free Coloring Pages & a Halloween Color-by-Number!
I love to add fun activities, printables, and craft projects for the kids to do, here on Ink & Stitches. Especially when they center around Whimsy and her friends from my Tales of Whimsy chapter book series!
With Halloween fast approaching, I thought it would be fun to add a Color-by-Number, Halloween-themed image of Whimsy, Flit, and Rolland, all dressed up for trick-or-treating! You can find and print the PDF at the end of this post! You can always find these printables by visiting the Crafts & Activities tab at the top of the blog, where the other coloring pages and craft projects live.
For the younger kiddos who don’t know their numbers, or who are a bit overwhelmed by the amount of them, I have included the same image as a coloring page along with the series logo to color in too!
Can you tell who Whimsy, Flit, and Rolland are dressed up as?
Here’s a few fun pics of the kids enjoying these printables!
My son and I, of course had to test out the Color-by-Number, and some neighbors enjoyed doing the coloring sheets!
Here is the finished Color-by-Number…
And on to the coloring sheets…
All finished! Now that I’ve seen Alix’s coloring sheet, I like seeing Rolland’s cape in red. So, I went ahead and updated the original Color-by-Number to add a number 10 – Red to use for just the cape!
Everyone had a blast coloring their Whimsy’s! I do hope you print them out and enjoy them with your own family or students. I’d love to see pictures! Just tag me on social media: @jhwinterauthor or #TalesofWhimsy.
