DOGGHAN CAL – WEEK #10 Festive Corgi
DOGGHAN CAL – WEEK #10: Festive Corgi
It’s time for the pup that’s a whole lotta dog wrapped up in a small package, the corgi!
After having illustrated and then taken over writing the Theodore and the Enchanted Bookstore series, I’ve had a lot of experience drawing corgi’s. The ears and the rump are very trademark for this particular breed and so much fun to draw!
The fourth book, Fairy Flights and Neverland Nights, takes Theodore into Neverland through the Peter Pan book. He’ll be on his own this time around without his owner, Sam, there for backup.
If you haven’t read in the prior post, I also have another book coming out on the very same day as Theodore Book 4 (Sept. 1), and that is a story near and dear to me, and 100% my own, WISHWEAVER. There is a presale GIVEAWAY going on with lots of prizes to win and a Street Team created for any who’d like to help me promote the book on social media.
What’s more? There will be a crocheted Whimsy and Flit pattern available for free on Sept. 1 to go alongside the book! You didn’t think I’d leave out all my crochet-loving followers did you? There’ll even be videos that will have me crocheting from start to finish both characters alongside you, and one on how to assemble them from start to finish on Ink & Stitches YouTube! So, if you are new to making amigurumi, I’ve got you covered!!!
Let’s spread the word together!

Thank you for the pattern. haven’t crochet in a long while just haven’t found anything that really interest me until now. Wish I had seen the catghan last year my grandson would love it. Since I found the pattern only last week i’m on square 1 but will have to do some playing around for the gauge. My square is very much short of 20″

You can always increase the hook size a bit. You could also add additional crochet around border rows as well. Just a couple of ideas to try out! Enjoy!

Hi Deb! The only change I’ve made is that when you click on a pattern post, there is a little box that asks for your email. This should unlock all of the free patterns for you. http://blog.jhwinter.com/dogghan-cal-week-10-festive-corgi/
