Throughout my 12 years of crocheting, one of the things that I always found the most difficult when I first started writing patterns, was how to format them so they look professional. Can you relate? 

Through pattern writing experience, having my patterns published in magazines like Crochet Now, Simply Crochet, and LoveCrafts, I feel like I’ve finally demystified how to create a professional pattern template and I want to share that knowledge with you! I want to save you time so you don’t have to worry about formatting the pattern, you just have to worry about writing it down and taking some pictures. I’ve done the hours of formatting for you!

Now in the shop, is a fully customizable digital downloadable pattern template to use on Canva. Canva is free to use and with this already designed template, you’ll have your first pattern published in no time! All you’ll need to do is drag and drop photos into the photo frames, add text into the text fields, and you are all set! 

If you want a different text font, or a different color scheme, that’s no problem. You’ll be able to customize the template to your heart’s content once you grab your copy!

This pattern template comes with 12 unique pages: a cover page; materials, abbreviations, tips and tricks page; writing the pattern pages; and assembling the pattern pages; and finally sharing about you and the design itself. Each page has a purpose and can be duplicated if you have a longer pattern or pages removed for a shorter pattern.
