Time for a nod to the Catghan! What better dog to join this cat than the Labrador Retriever?

Known for being easily trainable, good-natured, and great with kids, this is another favorite of mine. I’ve known a fair few labs in my time, and they were are all sweethearts <3

While this Dogghan CAL posts will always be here for free on my blog, for convenience, I’ve also created one giant PDF file for those who would like to purchase a copy of all the files together in one place. No searching through posts necessary. Plus, it’s over there now, should you want to work ahead of the group rather than wait for each week’s new square. You can purchase this pattern for a small fee here on Ravelry. It is also available on Etsy.

Make sure to post your finished squares/rectangles on social media:

I hope if you’re new to C2C crochet, that watching the YouTube videos for the first two squares, and working alongside me, have helped you get this fun technique down pat!

Hi Lisa! This is a free pattern. All you need to do is join the Ink & Stitches Newsletter (only sent about 2 times per month) and the patterns will all unlock for you. When you click on a post, you’ll see my illustration of Peter firefly holding an envelope. Under that is a spot to input your email. Once you confirm your email, you will have access. Just make sure to enable cookies when using the blog because that is how it will remember that you’ve already logged in. If ever asked again (using a different device for example), use the same email as when you signed up. It will only record the one time. Please, let me know if you have any more issues.

I’m so sorry to hear that you are having difficulty accessing the patterns. I do see that you are confirmed. I am going to email you the PDF for this week, but in the meantime, check Promotions and spam for the email because it is sent from WordPress, and they are sometimes put there until you add the email to your address book. Please, enable cookies for the blog so that it will remember that you’ve already signed up. That would be why it keeps asking. If you are using Google Chrome, this is how they instruct to change your cookie settings. Turn cookies on or off. If you are using a different browser, you can just look up how to turn cookies on or off in “browser name”. In the meantime, I am going to email you the PDF for this week so that you can keep making the dogghan. 🙂

I can’t get to the pattern. I thought I straightened it out last week but it won’t open for me this week. Thank you for your help.

The site uses “cookies” which tell it that you’ve already put in the email and have been confirmed. These need to be enabled on the blog so that you won’t have to enter in the email again. Go into your browser settings/preferences to make the adjustment. You can also Google “How to change my cookies settings” and should find the directions for your browser. You want to make sure to use the same browser and device. Also, if you do have to go through it more than once because you are enabling this on multiple devices, just use the same address and it will only record once. Please let me know if you are having any more trouble after this. 🙂 In the meantime I will email you the PDF for this week so you can start crocheting!
